*Checkout: Patrons must have a Full or Limited Access Sunnyvale Public Library card to borrow.
*Returns: Chromebooks must be directly returned to staff with bag, charger, and hotspot.
*Proper Care and Use: As with any electronic device, use care when handling. Do not use devices near water.
*Liability: In using the Chromebook, hotspot, charger and components, the patron agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless, the City of Sunnyvale, its administration and employees, and any affiliate, from any damage or injury to persons or property that may result from the use of checked out devices.
*Chromebooks and hotspots may be disabled as soon as 24 hours after the item is overdue.
*All personal information and data will be completely erased from this device when returned to the library.
*A replacement cost and processing fee will be charged for damaged or lost items. Replacement costs for individual parts vary
